On April 27, Chill Lab was honored to be invited by the Hong Kong Red Cross to hold a mental health promotion activity with the theme of “Resilience” at the Grande Praça of Metro City Plaza III.
On the day of the event, Prof. Kwan Chi-kin, Associate Professor of the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences of the City University of Hong Kong, was invited as the guest speaker to share the ways to maintain personal mental health and enhance stress resistance, and Mr. Nicholas Yen, an artist who used to be a youth member of the Red Cross, was also invited to have a conversation with the audience, sharing his experience on how to maintain physical and mental health in the career of performing arts and how to face all kinds of challenges with ease.
Through interesting AR games about mental health information, Chill Lab hopes that the public will know how to deal with emotions, stress and overcome difficulties in adversity with a positive attitude when facing pressure and challenges, and at the same time, care for the mental health of people around them and work together to build a caring environment of mutual support.
