“Emotion Odyssey”
Participants are invited to experience the symptoms of common mental health disorders among young people through virtual reality scenarios (VR).
Participants will take on the role of a young person facing different situations, encountering symptoms of mental health disorders. This immersive approach enhances awareness of mental health conditions, reduces stigma, forsters attention to mental health, and promotes inclusivity.
“ Emotion Scope”
Participants will start their adventure to explore and experience the four basic emotions (happiness, anger, sadness, and fear) through augmented reality (AR) games.
Participants would learn emotional management skills and enhance their awareness of mental well-being.
"Human Library"
In Human Library, persons with lived experiences become “books”, encouraging ‘readers’ to ask questions and allowing these ‘books’ to share their lived experiences, feelings, and insights.
Participants can directly learn about mental well-being from those with lived experiences, breaking stereotypes about mental problems and increasing their awareness and concern for this issue.
Least number of participants per session: 10 people
Maximum number of participants per session: 40 people
Due to safety concern, VR session will not be provided to participants age below 12.
