CHILL LAB 超正常研究室 – 關注青少年的精神健康,讓參加者覺察及表達當下的情緒並調適自己

30/10/2025: “Chill Lab” Accepts Interview from RTHK’s “Hong Kong Connection”

Chill Lab was recently invited to participate in an interview for the RTHK television program “Hong Kong Connection,” with the theme “Behind Depression,” exploring the relationship between mental health and social awareness.

The interview featured Mr. Ching Chi Kong, Director of The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong, along with the “Chill Lab” project team, sharing our experiences and philosophies in promoting mental health education.

📹 The program filmed students engaging with the “Chill Lab Youth Emotional Experience Centre,” showcasing how the center uses innovative and interactive formats to address the issue of depression. The experience center combines three major interactive elements: Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and a Human Library, allowing participants to experience emotional fluctuations and psychological processes, thereby understanding the inner feelings of those with depression.

Through experiential learning and collaboration with schools and communities, the program aims to enhance youth awareness and support for emotional distress, helping them learn to express themselves and proactively seek assistance when facing emotional challenges.

💡 Special thanks to the Buddhist Ho Nam Kam College for supporting this filming. 💡
