Chill Lab has been awarded the 3rd Dr. Wai Hoi Lo Memorial Fund Innovation Award, which recognizes Chill Lab’s efforts and far-reaching impact in using innovative technology to promote youth mental health.
The Dr. Lo Wai Hoi Memorial Fund was established in 2016 to commemorate and perpetuate the late Dr. Lo Wai Hoi’s outstanding contribution to mental health services.
Chill Lab is planned to be officially launched in July 2021 to create Hong Kong’s first Youth Emotional Pavilion, which will integrate augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) technologies to promote youth mental health through innovative technology and enhance the understanding and awareness of mental health among youth, parents and relevant stakeholders.
